Essay

This dissertation is about topics concerning mathematical models of functional self-regulated respiration systems under stressed muscular loading conditions and complex situations. Sensibility of the respiration system's mathematical model before physiological parameters changes were studied. Mathematical models of the respiration system's self-regulation is based on a variety of optimality criteria that were developed and substantiated. Numerical analysis of the gaseous exchange control models with optimality criterion based on the principle of the homeostasis of oxygen tension in the arterial blood as well as the compromise solution of conflict situation criterion were carried out. Analysis of the experimental data permitted conclusions on the impact of external respiratatory systems and circulation of blood on the formation of the control impact levels as well as hypoxic and hypercapnic regulatory stimulus while organism is internally and externally perturbed. Obtained results correspond well to the results of physiological studies.
