Essay

In this work the linear and nonlinear wave processes on the basis of models wave generation due to local inhomogeneities are investigated. The some specific problems for determinig the characteristics of the wave processes are solved. The features of the free surface elevation of the fluid in dependence of the inhomogeneities parameters and upstream flow velocity are investigated and the nature of the influence of the magnetic properties and fluid stratification on the kynematic characteristic of the wave processes are determined. Obtaining results can be used for the further theoretical generalizations and the creation of theoretical basis of the experiments.
