97 species and 3 forms angiospermous woody plants from the Atlantic-Northern-American floristic region. Research of ecological and biological features of introducents, mathematical modelling of adaptative possibilities. Modern botanical techniques, methods of mathematical statistics are used. For the first time in Northern Bucovyna the ecology-biological features of northern-american plants are investigated and the most perspective are chosen among them. The mathematical models of adaptative possibilities of 4 species are built. The recommendations on utilization of american introducents are given. 17 new species are entered into culture. 10 species were used for planting. It is advisable to use the results of the researches in gardening
