Object of research: management system of PJSC "Azovsteel Iron and Steel Works". Purpose of research: development of methods and models. Methods of research: economic and mathematical modeling of productive system's functioning, modern tools and informational technologies of management decision-making. Results: theoretical grounding of financial and logistic systems' functioning under market conditions is suggested, classification of logistic processes is implemented; financial and logistic functions in production management are evolved; modeling of financial and logistic in production complex management is executed: inventories management under conditions of market competition; modeling of smoothing processes in logistics systems; modeling of contractors choice in resource supply; external effect factors (externalies) in logistics systems and methods of Paretto-optimal decision-making are examined; tools for realization of financial and logistic functions of management are developed; economic effect o f model's implementation is 670 thousand of hryvnias. Novelty: conception of financial and logistic management of enterprise, based on principles of systems and integration of different processes of industrial activity into single system, allowing to rise the efficiency of management; models of inventories management under conditions of competition, taking into account uncertainty and inflation costs, that allow to control demand and supply at market; structuring and modeling of smoothing processes in logistics systems, controlling dynamics of logistics processes; mechanism of management leverage in financial and logistics systems, that provides the financial equilibrium at market; models of contractors choice in logistic supply chain, allowing to take into account factors of risk, to raise mobility and flexibility of management.
