Thesis on competition is devoted to development of mathematical models for an estimation and safety of the indastrial plants in particular chemicalu of dangerous objects. The mathematical models which are offered ensure the problem solution of an estimation and safety,as on operation phase at fuzzy data. The new procedures of definition of the basic exponents initial offered on their basis which influence blanket safety. Designed mathematical models are put in a basis of the automized control system of safety on plant "Himprom" in Vinnitsa and plant "Iskra" in Zaporizzya.
