Object of investigations: ferrit-garnet films. Aim of investigation: to determine general appropriatnessa of electron-energy spectrum formation and magnet micro-structure of ferrit-garnet films depending upon the concentration of radiation defects and applied admixture. Methods: Х-ray photoelectron and absorb spectroscopy, conversion electron mossbauer spectroscopy, rentgenostructural, rutherford diffraction of ions of helium, Claster method of Xі-diffracted waves, mathematical modelling. Results: new information was received about the influence of defect level on electron and magnet structure of epitaxy ferrit-garnet films. Introduction: it was introduced into production at Lviv Radiotechnical Research institute. Applications: enterprises of radioelectronic industry.
