Object of the research - diagnosing of technical state of an analog and hybrid electronic equipment; the purpose of the research - improving of precision characteristics of in-circuit measurements subsystems; methods of the research and equipment - analytical, experimental, PC and measuring equipments; theoretical and practical outcomes - the new method of errors reduction of parameters transformations of passive two-poles in the closed electrical circuits which based on both compensating of a parallel shunting complex component, and shunting of converters inputs is suggested; the new method of the reduction of errors stipulated by converters inputs shunting is suggested that ensures a value of errors of transformations smaller 1 % at shunting factor up to 1000; the block diagrams of converters are developed which will realize suggested methods; the algorithm of diagnosing procedures preparation automation, and also problem-oriented language of in-circuit diagnosing systems of an electronic equipment is advanced; the recommendations for design of measuring high-precision subsystems of two-poles passive parameters transformations in the closed electrical circuits are developed; the novelty of implementation - is confirmed by the priority publications, the outcomes novelty is established by the experts and is proved by a comparison with appropriate analogs; degree of implementation - on enterprises engaged in serial production of an analog and hybrid electronic equipment; area - radio electronic industry.
