The influence of pulse current regimes of the condition of the crystallization has been studied. The pulse current allows to changed of structures crossection of the copper in wide range. The mechanical and electrical properties of electrodeposition copper is investigation/ The multilayer copper-nicel films with different thickness and structure of layers was obtained from alone electrolyte by use of program-controlled pulse current. The theoretical calculation and experimental control of microhardness and electrical properties was made. The regimes for obtained copper and copper-nicel multilayer films with complex properties was proposed.
