Essay

In the thesis the series of methods for early diagnostic of green plantations damages and testing of a factors complex of urban surroundings for a general toxicity and mutagen activity is offered and assayed in conditions of the Ivano-Frankivsk urban system by the author. As informative biomarkers of an environment pollution level the sensitive test-parameters of Populus species (a level of accumulation of metals in vegetative buds, a mitotic suppression and induction of chromosomes aberration in meristem of rudimentary leaves, a decrease of dimensions and increase of the morphological variety and sterility of pollen, a decrease of accretions of shoots and its elements) was used.
