The object of the investigation: liqueur and horilka products manufacturing on pattern of "Ukrspyrt" concern. The aim of the investigation: grounding and choice of methods of management under the condition of competitive environment. The methods of the investigation: economical and mathematical, statistical, comparative. Theoretical and practical results: development of the recommendation of manufacturing and production competitiveness increasing. The novelty of the investigation: the competitive production creation management model is proposed. Extent of application: the proposals have been used in "Ukrspyrt" concern. Sphere of application: branches of mass food stuff manufacturing.
