Essay

In the dissertation the results of study of a level of serous fibronectin and phagocytic activity of crates of blood at newborn with a delay of intrauterine development in current neonatal period are submitted. The factors of risk and meaning of fetoplacental incompetence are investigated at occurrence of the various forms of the delay of intrauterine development of a fetus. The role of fibronectin as marker of weight of current neonatal adaptation at newborn with the delay of intrauterine development of a fetus is shown. Dynamics of concentration of fibronectin at healthy newborn and conditionally healthy prema-tures children in current neonatal period is revealed. Is shown the connection of a level of serous fibro-nectin with phagocytic activity of neutrophils at newborn.
