Reactivity of theamorphous metal alloys( AMA) on the base of Fe and Co with the doping additives (Ni, Cr, Mo, V, W) in the media with different oxidative activity (CI-, NO3-, NO2-) has been estimated using cyclic voltammetry. Doping additives Cr and Mo ( in the certain ratios have a significant influence on the chemical activity of the AMA. Alloys doped by Mo, AMA (0.9%at.) and AMA (2.0%at.) show the highest reactivity in the process of the oxidation of NO2- to NO3- with the formation of complexes in internal sphere characteristic for the nitrite-ions. Distribution of the elements in the surface layers of the contact and outer sides of the AMA strip determined by the electron scanning microscopy is different which together with the degree of crystallinity can explain their different chemical activity. Results of X-rays diffraction and scanning electron microscopy indicate that external stress lead to the enrichment of the surface layers by the metallic components for the AMA doped by the molybdenum without changes in the structure of the AMA. For Cr doping the increase of the degree of crystallinity due to formation of ordered chromium oxides on the surface is observed.
