Essay

Objects: phase separation of quantum 3He-4He crystals. Goals: to obtain a high quality crystals of solid 3He-4He mixtures, to determine a connection between the new phase growth and a diffusion in a quantum crystals, to perform the investigations of melting and crystallization of concentrated phase inclusions Methods: precise pressure measurements. New results: it was constructed a dilution refrigerator with two circulation systems. The method of obtain high quality crystals was developed. It was established nonmonotonous temperature dependence of characteristic time of phase separation. The quantum diffusion suppression due to influence of the strength was established in low temperature region. Asymmetry of growth and dissolution of new phase was discovered. The pressure jump was less at the repeated crystallization.
