OSADChA O. Lesion of intestine at the rheumatoid arthritis in children and use of probiotiс-s in complex sanatorium-resort treatment.

.In thesis the results are presented of complex clinical, bacteriological and morphological examination of intestine of 110 patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) from 1 to 14 years. Results of examination testify about intestine lesion at JRA, that is confirmed by data of morphological and electro-microscopic examination of large intestine bioptats. It is marked parallelism between activity degree of process and intestine lesion degree. Besides, it was marked the change of intestine microphlora in children with JRA. Changes corresponded the II and III disbacteriosis degree and dependend on activity degree of rheumatoid process. It was established the efficiency of probiotics in correction of microbic view of large intestine. Sanatorium-resort treatment is one of positive moment of improvement action of probiotic. Received data can be used as laboratory methods of disbacteriosis diagnosis at the RA, control of the course of this disease and correction of intestine microflora lessions.
