Object of studies: youth of Lviv region from 15 to 29 years old. Objectives: analyze of region factors and elements of social mechanism of youth adaptation to market conditions and develop the system of management of youth adaptation in the region Methods: complex sociological research. Theoretical and practice results: development of scientific views on the social mechanism and factors of youth social adaptation to market conditions as well as capabilities of its social regulation. Novelty: the management system of youth social adaptation in the region has been developed.
