Essay

It has been investigated the electronic processes due to atomic particles interaction with the surface of wide-band solids by transitional pulse methods. It has been obtained that electronic channel of energy accommodation may be basic one for the metastable solids. It defines rate of heterogeneouse chemical processes. The mechanisms of investigated phenomena has been elaborated. It has been done the computer modeling of the processes of the electron excitation for the metastable solids due to interaction with the atomic particles. The constants of this interaction was valued. It has been described the methods of solids investigation. These are allow to define energy depth of electronic states and relative concentration of the luminescence centers.
