Ivan S. .Perfection of Primary Piezoelectric Transducers of Linear and Vibrating Acceleration.

The thesis is devoted to the prefection of primary piezoelectric transducers linear and vibrating acceleration (accelerometers) which are wide use in the control systems with flying objects, in the measurement, testing technology and electronic transducers. There are worked out methods of construction, calculation and results of the researches of monolithic, monomorph, bimorph, trimorph multielement, and resonant primary transducers (accelerometers) and charge amplifier for them. The achievement of this purpose creates bases for designing competitive samples of this kind of production. The results of research are used in Scientific Industrial Complex "Photoprivor" for special instruments and manufacture of accelerometers in joint-stock company "UKRPIEZO" is planned in Cherkassy.
