This dissertation is dedicated to age peculiasrities of renal reactivity in experimental oxalate loading. As a result of experiment it was found that potassium oxalate nephrotoxicity has a distang age dependet. The use of grapes oil with the purpose of correction of functional state breaches in oxalate intoxication, revealed its protective properties. That is manifested by prevention of biochemical shifts in hyperoxaluria and by prevention of oxalate mineralization.
