Object of research: processes of management of enterprises' commercial activity on pharmaceutical market. Purpose of research: development and implementation of integrated economic and mathematical models of inventory management with the property of adaptation under conditions of uncertainty, aimed to efficiency increase of commercial enterprises. Methods of research: methods and models of economic and mathematical modeling, inventory management, theory of adaptive management, simulation and methods of mathematical statistics. Results: conception of modeling of inventories management on commercial enterprises, developed for any given level of information completeness is suggested, it allows to optimize enterprise's functioning; modified strategy of inventory management with fixed quantity of goods and order time under conditions of stochastic demand is developed, it allows to minimize inventory management costs on enterprise; economic and mathematical models of inventory management, that are new impro vement of statistical deterministic model under conditions of stochastic demand, that rises the efficiency of commercial activity of enterprise; adaptive models of inventory management based on gradient method are developed; efficiency of implemented models is 62 000 of hryvnia. Novelty: conception of modeling of inventory management on commercial enterprises which is developed first time for any given level of information completeness, allowing to optimize commercial enterprise's work; modified strategy of inventory management with fixed quantity of goods and order time under conditions of stochastic demand is developed, it allows to minimize inventory management costs on enterprise; economic and mathematical models of inventory management, that are new improvement of statistical deterministic model under conditions of stochastic demand, that rises the efficiency of commercial activity of enterprise; adaptive models of inventory management based on gradient method, allowing to perform inventory management on commercial enterprise under conditions of uncertainty.
