Essay

The kinetics of co-deposition of ions Zn(II) and Ni(II) from alkaline polyligands electrolyte, also the effect of phase composition of Zn-Ni coatings on their anticorrosion properties were investigated. In the work the different research techniques (voltammetry, potentiometry, method of the rotating electrode, photocolorymetry, LSVA, AAS) were applied. The linear dependence of Zn-Ni alloy composition with a balance of Zn(II)/Ni(II)ions in electrolyte was found. The role of the hydrogen evaluation adding effect of electrolyte convection in the mechanism of electrode process was surveyed. The mechanism of phase transition at the anodic stripping of alloy deposits has been offered. The influence of chemical and phase composition of Zn-Ni coatings on their protection properties was investigated. The results of researches can be realized at the development of new technologies for the electrodeposition of corrosion resistant coatings.
