Essay

The method of hardening of extruder's cylinders, combining in itself of advantage of cementation and centrifugal surfacing and free from their disadvantages is developed. For practical realization of the process the complex of operations including creation of experimental installations for learning of the process, research of physical-chemical and metallurgical features of creation thermodiffusion of stratums in a field of centrifugal forces, development of structures wear-resistant of covers and modes of their plotting, learning of a structure, hardness and tribotechnical characteristics of covers is executed. Is developed the three-stage mechanism of the process of creation wear-resistant coatings at thermodiffusion bimetallization of cylinders. The analytical expression permitting to calculate a soak period of a detail for obtaining a wear-resistant stratum of specific width is obtained. The theoretical positions on calculation of a wear of extruder's cylinders with the registration of dynamics of t he process of polymer's processing are developed.
