It is determined quasistructural composition of stoichiometrical and nonstoichiometrical minerals - spinel, magnetite, chromospinel, which gives fundamentally new information about the physical- chemical characteristics of minerals (electrical, magnetic, optical etc.). It is elaborated quasistructural transforma- tions mechanism of spinelides at heating in different gaseous mediums, which is realized by formation and annihilation of antistructure. It is determined character and concentration of nonstoichiometry defects, as well as isomorphical admixtures. Parallel with point defects for the first time it is ascertained the presence of chemical bond defects on the base of quasistructural investigations and the theory of crystalline field.
