Essay

Using morphologic study it was proved for the first time that a hypodermic ruptures of Achilles tendon appeared under degenerative- dystrophic changes. Spontaneous restoration of Achilles tendon was not found in any studied patient. From this we conclude that pathogenically justified method of curing is surgical. Clinics methods and methods of X-ray contrast were improved. New symptoms were developed.Тhe differential parameters for choosing technique of surgical intervention were developed depending on the time after injury, type and degree of changing of side-ends of broken tendon and defects between them.
