Object of research: hyperfoliations on compact rimannian manifolds. Goal of research: to prove of existence theorems for hyperfoliations on compact rimannian manifolds. Methods of research: methods Rimannian geometry, algebraic and differential topology. New theoretical results: restrictions to the existence of hyperbolic, parabolic, elliptic foliations introduced by A. Borisenko are reduced. Examples of such foliations are constructed. A theorem on the nonexistence of hyperfoliation with nonnegative Ricci curvature on the compact manifold of positive curvature is proved.
