Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem of operative optimum control engineering communication systems in conditions of their stochastic destabilization connected to casual emergencies on pipelines engineering communication systems and casual influences of an environment. The decision of the defined problem is involved in the system approach to operative management: on a basis operative - plan predicted expenses of objective product by the municipal and industrial consumers of objective product are developed at a level of tasks of operative optimum control such monitoring of models of planning (forecasting), that can supply reliable and effective engineering communication systems in conditions of stochastic destabilization of modes of its operation at performance of conditions complete control engineering communication systems both at the expense of internal resources (resources main sources of objective product), and at the expense of objective product stock from sources of objectiveproduct stock. For the decision of the defined problem in the work the following tasks are solved: For the first time is stochastic model of operative planning of flux-distribution engineering communication systems constructed, which focused on optimum realization of resourced engineering communication systems in conditions of stabilization of modes of its operation; a task of management of objectiv product stock for optimum on time and optimum volumes of their inclusion in common resourced engineering communication systems for the first time is solved. Concerning tasks of planning and the managements of objectiv product stock stochastic models and algorithms of tasks of operative optimum control of modes of operation of engineering communication systems for criteria of a minimum of power expenses of active controlling agencies; active controlling dampers; a minimum of divergences of phase coordinates of disturbed condition and condition of engineering communication systems at realization of a task of management; a minimum entrony of engineering communication systems in conditions of uncertainty of its condition and risk at organization of management in conditions of uncertainty of disturbed condition of engineering communication systems are investigated
