Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the urgent problem of pulmanology - treatment of pneumonia caused by conditional pathogenic microflora. Having studied the morphogenesis of pneumonia using antibiotics we suggest the use of home preparation with polytropic action - Vinboron. It was proved that Vinboron significantly improves the course of pneumonia. It decreases alterative changes in structural elements of the lungs, the kidneys and the liver. The preparation prevents the development of "surfactantorrhea" syndrome and pneumosclerotic changes in the lungs. Under the influence of Vinboron immunodepressive action of antibiotics is decreased.
