The dissertation is devoted to problems of improvement in diagnosis and treatment of chronic colostasis in gastroduodenal disorders in children. Object of research - the gastroduodenal pathology in children. A subject of research - chronic large intestine stasis in case. Methods of research - basic method of research were the analysis clinic-laboratory-instrument of supervision. Inquiry into 137 children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology. Initial vegetal the status was estimated through the tables of Vein's, for verification of the diagnosis was carried out ethofagogastroduodenoscopical research, the acid-creation function of a stomach was studied by a method рН-exam, for an estimation of a condition large intestine was carried out coprological research, rectoromanoscopic research, endoscopical or morphological exams, reographic research. It has been shown that the main factors leading to chronic constipation in gastroduodenal disorders in children are very diverse: alimentary (nutritional disorder s, hypodynamic disorders, lack of care and breeding in early childhood); organic (congenital colon disorders) and disorders of intestinal movement regulation due to vagotony. Also shown that in majority of cases, chronic colostasis in gastroduodenal disorders of children is associated with inflammatory changes of colonic mucosa due to disorders of microcirculation and regional vessel circulation in the colon as a result of chronic constipation. The concept of chronic colostasis development in children gastroduodenal disorders was developed as well as the principles of its differentiated correction. Field of application - pediatry.
