In the dissertation the task about a presence of constructive conditions is investigated which provide existence of the periodic solutions of the nonlinear differential equations of a Lienard type with impulses effects in the not fixed moments of time. Are investigated bifurcations of the periodic solutions depending on meanings of parameter in function of impulses effects, and also the coexistence of the periodic solutions by different periods is established agrees of the Sharkovsky order.
