Khmil' L. Formation of management mechanism in the system of corporate banking

The presented thesis deals with complex research of theoretical problems and practice of banking management formation in corporate banking of Ukraine. New theoretical summarizing and new methodological approaches to strategic and operational management in corporate banks are included.Principal proposition, suggesting that banking management mechanism is a system consisting from interlinked sections (subsystems), which in their turn combine different elements and blocks, is grounded. The following issues are regarded as component blocks of the banking management mechanism: bank capital, bank's operational system, professionals, and material supply. Internal and external factors stipulate functioning of elements and blocks of the banking management mechanism. The external entrance factors are namely: market economic conditions, state system of regulations on economic relationships, relations with transactor units, bank's own objectives. The internal factors of the banking management mechanism are instru ments and methods of management. The external factors, which dynamically link banking management system with surroundings, function on the outlet of the banking management mechanism.
