Essay

Object of research are the electroinjection semi-conductor lasers. The purpose of work: development of methods and techniques of research of dynamic behaviour of electroinjection semiconductor lasers and circuits on their basis. Methods of researches: methods of the theory of linear and nonlinear circuits, differential equations, theories of stability, numerical methods of applied mathematics. Theoretical results: equivalent electrical equivalent circuits of lasers modified numerical method, analytical accounts. Practical results: algorithms and programs on account of electrical circuits with lasers. A subject and degree of introduction: the program complex on account of electrical circuits with lasers is introduced in R&D "Vector" and in Institute of key problems of power. Efficiency of introduction: improvement of technical and economic parameters by development of devices, which include lasers. Sphere of use: account of electrical circuits with lasers.
