Essay

Recombinant C-terminal noncatalytic module of tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase and cytokine EMAPII have been cloned, expressed and purified to homogeneity. The cytokine activity of C-terminal noncatalytic module of tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase from higher eukariot has been shown. Synergistic mode of procoagulant action of C-terminal noncatalytic module of tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase and TNF has been shown. Speculative model of increasing of tumor sensibilities to TNF action under influence of C-terminal noncatalytic module of tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase as additional to EMAPII system has been proposed
