The thesis researching the questions of improvement of methodology and organization of accounting of production costs and calculating a prime cost on cannery industry enterprises. Variouse native and foreign methods of production costs accounting and casting of products have been appraised and the most appropriate to cannery enterprise have been determinated. Recommendations on the application of accounting information in the management are proposed.
