The work considers the questions of increase in wear-firmness of tribojunction elements hardened by cladding iron with bor method of saturation with applications of laser. Methods for combatting corrosion. The ways of formation and wear processes of hardened coverings working in corrosion conditions are investigated. The method of an estimation of the tribotechnical characteristics of corrosion resistance of the broad class on parameters registered in conditions of effect of external variable factors for local contacts at non-steady operation mode tribosystem is submitted. Is designed non-linear mathematical model depictingrelation of depth of a lubricating layer in conditions of effect of external variable factors from a series of independent parameters in conditions of boundary lubrication. This paper describes the model of friction surfaces coatings in condition of mechanical-corrosion wear. It has also been shocon that the surfaces with protectia is much more resistant when start electrode potencia l is equal.
