Dissertation is devoted to morphologic diagnostics of hemostatic disorders (coagulopathies) in neonatal sepsis depending on etiology of infectious process, peculiarities of clinical course and thymus state. Significance of disseminated intravascular coagulation with blood hypercoagulation and progression into consumption coagulopathy in development of severe alterative changes in organs which lead to multiorganic failure and generalisation of infectious process was shawn. It has been established that decompensation in hemostasis and immune systems - components of a single human defensive system - comes in parallels, resulting in unfavourable outcomes
