The dissertation is research in which at a monographic level modern legal, organizational - tactical problems of realization operative information at a stage of excitation of criminal case are in a complex studied. Ways of the decision of these problems are determined. Scientific bases of methodical recommendations on transfers and to use in criminal trial of results operative activity are developed. The scientifically grounded offers on improvement of the current legislation on questions, which were investigated, are brought. The dissertation is devoted to complex research of organizational - tactical problems of realization operative to the information in a stage of excitation of criminal case.
