Sidorenko I. Morphological peculiarities of finesellular lung cancer

The thesis is devoted to the study of morphological particularities of finecellular lung cancer on biopsia and section material.It was determinated that different types of finecellular lung cancer have different hystochemical particularities. By the conducted study of semithin preparations there were determined the different types of taking out a secret by cuncerous cells. There was revealed different proliferation activity of all types of fenectllular lung cancer, the leading forms of mitosis pathology with the determination the logarithm of a nucleus volume ( Lg V ) interphase and mytotic cells. There was conducted electronic - microscopic identificathion of neuro secretory cancerous cells, there was determined their role in the development of cancerous progression. There were determined the main clinic - morphological forms of binesecular lung cancer, which are the most often met on section material.
