Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the X-ray diffraction study of liquid alloys Fe, Co and Ni with tin in a wide concentration and temperature regions. Techniques for decreasing of "the truncating effect" influence and evaluation of structure-parameter errors in experimental data are proposed. Magnetic susceptibilities of Fe-Sn alloys are carring out. 3-Dimensional alloy models are buid for received experimental data by means of RMC method. Analysis of the character of local atomic order are carry out for these models by calculating of partial functions (structure factors and radial distribution functions), partial coordination numbers, interatomic distances and bond angle distributions. It is shown that interaction of different type atoms are incrreasing with change of Fe for Co and Ni in alloys.
