Essay

It has been investigated the status of plasma haemostasis reactions in patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2 revealed for the first time and in the process of forming this desease. It was given evidence of development vascular lesions simulteniously with state of dequatehypercoagulation in diabetes mellitus type 1 patients. The first symptoms of adequate hypercoagulation are appearence of fibrinogen desintegration products in the blood long before clinical manifestation of microangiopathy. Normal response of haemostasis system lasted out and under severe complications, in particular under diabetic foot. The hypercoagulation status and supressed fibrinilysis were registered from the moment of diagnosishas been formed in patientswith diabetes mellitus type 2. In addition of diabetic foot it was formed the status of disseminated intravascular coagulation of local character with further fibrinolysis ingibition and non-adequate response on exogene heparin, and exactly, reinforced of plasma hypercoagu lation reactions. Simultaneously it was taken place significant increases in the level of proinflammative cytokines in the blood (IL1 and TNF).
