Androshchuk N. Imitative models in material-and-technical support of region (on an example of the enterprisses of agrarian technical service)

Processes of functioning of system of material maintenance of Vinnitsa area - Open joint-stock company "Vinnitsaoblagrotech-service". Development of methodical bases, organization-economic methods and models of functioning of regional structure of maintenance by agricultural material resources. Methods of mathematical statistics, theory of probability, planning of experiments, imitating modeling (Monte-Carlo), mass service and management of the supplies. The equipment - personal computers. The complex of organization-economic methods both models for the analysis and forecasting of activity of the dispersed ramified structure of material maintenance of region is developed. The practical check of the developed models and given methods was carried out by their program realization and realization of machine experiment on computer. From positions of the system analysis the concept of organization-economic activity of regional structure of maintenance by material resources is advanced, according to which the ordering of interrelations and parameters for a rating of processes in system, which raises efficiency of coordination actions in conditions of market transformations of economy. The methodical approach to definition, parameters of the analysis and rating of conditions of functioning of the ramified structures of supply is advanced which the performance of the applications on material resources taking into account temporary delays caused by influence of internal and external environments consists in the account of a level. The algorithm and model of process of functioning of regional structure of material maintenance is developed which permits to estimate and to analyze the multilevel ramified system of the enterprises on a basis predicted of volumes of realization, costs, profit, profitability, stocks in warehouses and probability of performance of the applications. The algorithm and imitating model of optimum deliveries on regional warehouses with restriction on the enclosed turnaround means, and also analy tical model for definition of rational structure of service of region is developed in view of expenses for organization. The program-information maintenance for definition of the basic temporary and financial characteristics of functioning of the ramified systems of maintenance by material resources is created.
