The object of research - the process of analog-to-digital convertion of charge calibration that gives rise to the problem of increase of high accuracy analog-to-digital converter; methods of research and equipment - analitical, experimental; PC; theoretical and practical results - the methods of increase of high accuracy highspeed ADC of digit calibration with charge redistribution, arranged on the low accuracy analogue unit by means of usage of informational redundancy in the form of redundant positional systems of calculation are worked out and researched; recommendations of ADCstructure arrangements on the commutation capacitorand analogue unit of these facilities on perspective element base are given; novetty of newlyintroducted is proved by computer modelling degree of introduction - in the framework of the branch; framework of introduction - systems of automatic control and operation, informational measuring systems, systems of connection of computer and object.
