Essay

Design of the Axial meridian circle (АМC) was developed and patented. The AMC applied theory was created. Methods of parameters research and orientation elements were developed. The optical and mechanical units АМC, CCD camera for main tube and autocollimator and circle reading system of the AMC were made. Pavilions and auxiliary buildings of the AMC were built. Investigations of parameters and instrumental system in the sense of in right ascention and built declination with use of a method of the continuous control of mobile units and details АМC were made. The regular observation with the AMC were made and the position catalogues were reduced.
