Kruk L. The pesticides' ecotoxic activity in the agrocenosises of Ukraine as a function of physical-chemical structure of the molecules thereof

The dissertation is to determine the quantitative-qualitative regularities of pesticides' ecotoxic activity in the agrocenosises of Ukraine as a function of the molecular structure thereof. The physical-chemical features of pesticides are proved to depend on the polarity thereof. The algorithm is elaborated of determination of pesticides with different polarity, and the pesticides' monitoring is conducted in the agricultural and the environmental objects by the chromatographic methods. It is also determined that the potential danger of harvest pollution by pesticides increases inversely to the polarity thereof. The most dangerous are non-polar pesticides of 1 to 3 levels of danger as per the integral classification. The pesticides having affinity with lipophilic substances and accumulating in the trophic units. The computer models are developed of detoxification and ecologically safe loading of pesticides in the agrocenosises of different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine.
