Oribko I. Prevention of degenerative-dystrophic changes in the complecx treatment of intraarticular fractures.

This thesis presents a study of peculiarities of methabolism of osteal&cartilaginous tissues after intra-artucular fractures in experiment, the influence of copper preparation on methabolic processes at intra-articular fracture had been studied. It had been established, that intra-articular transchondral injuries of bones cause significant changes of methabolism of collagen, glycoglycane substitues and mineral methabolism of osteal and cartillagios tissues , and due to the influence of the copper preparation the normalization of these indicatirs takes place 10-15 days earlier. The administration of copper preparation promotes a more active formation of bones, which is characterised by formation of a thick net of osteal beams, and also promoted the formation of chondrial tissue in the zone of articular cartillage deffect, it also prevents the development of degenerative-dystrophic changes in articular cartillage.
