Gorova E. The ultrastructure of alveolar macrophages og faetuses and new-borns at norm and with intrauterine hypoxia in experiment and at person.

The dissertation is devoted to explorations of features of ultrastructure of alveolar macrophages in different terms of gestation in the norm and with the influence of intrauterine hypoxia. The time appearance of alveolar macrophages in the lungs of person's faetuses and animals are coinciding with the beginning differentiation of cell of alveolar epithelium on the alveolocites I and II types and with the beginning of its active functioning. The number of alveolar macrophages are increased in such time, as dates of gestation are increased and its cellular group is began heterogeneous, i.e. [that is] cells of different degree of functional activity. The different influence of acute chronic hypoxia on the rising and formation of alveolar macrophages and surfactant system is also installed.
