Heat-stress condition and long-term strength of edge of combustion chamber pistons. The techniques for evaluating long-term strength of combustion chamber account exploitation model. The evaluation of long-term strength by calculation-empirical method; the calculate of creep by strengthen theory; the prediction of fatigue by deformation criterion. Spread R-function method on calculate of heat-stress condition of piston in CAD; the empirical dependencies for definition in CAD of border conditions; the technique for evaluating of efficient use different design measures on long-term strength of pistons; the new results of constructive factors influence on long-term strength of combustion chamber with consideration of exploitation model.
