The methodics of estimation of export potential Military Industy Complex of Ukraine through determination of idustrial technological and marketing potentials of enterprises and on use model "competitiveness of the exporter - attractiveness of the market" are offerred. It is proved that marketing strategies of national exporters should be based on adress of product, on cost leadership and trasaction costs optimization and if it is based on principles of relationship marketing concept.
