The theoretical and methodical base of the system of the marketing planning of sugar beet production revival are investigated in the dissertation. The essence and importance of marketing planning in the sugar beet production revival are defined. The basic achievements of foreign enterprises in the marketing planning are studied and the basic tendency of the system formation of marketing planning of the sugar beet complex development is grounded. The main governors of function of a home sugar market and their influence on the technology of the marketing planning are considered.
