The population's of Poltava area demographic researches are set down in a dissertation, the causes of the population's reduction are uncovered as a result of a totalitarian man-agement system, deterioration of a living standard, depopulation. The negative events can be removed owing to scientifically-founded and debugged management system of labor resources, the main point of which is consists in creation of regular and legal services in agricultural formations effective organization of centers of employment activity, financial regulation mechanism of labor market that directs at the effective usage and development of the regional labor resources.
