Bilobrov Y. Strip geometrical dimensions control at rolling mills

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of engeneering science on a speciality 05.13.07 - automation of technological processes.-Scientific and prodactive corporation "Kiev institute of automation",Kiev,2001.The dissertation is devoted to questions of development of strip thickness, profile and flatness automatic control systems, of reserch of quality characters of different AGC structures, witch uses different strength serving mechanisms (electro- and hydraulic screw drives, bending of work rolls,) and transducers (pressductors, roll bending force transducers, screw position and work rolls position transducers, mass flow of cooling liquid transducers). On the base of analitic reserches and computer simulation of AGC systems were developed optimal algorithms for hot and cold strip rolling mills computer control systems.Key words: control system, structure, parameters, optimization,algorithm, rolling mill.
