In the present work the phase transformation at crystallization of heat-resistant nickel alloys has been studied, the peculiarity of heterophase crystazilation, the directions of alloying elements diffusion and regularity of internal-crystal liquation has been revealed. The influence of melting thermokinetic parameters of heat-resistant on the process of crystallizations and formation of hemical and structure heterogeneity has been studied.The recommendations for reducing of liquation and structure alloys heterogeneity due to optimization of metallurgical production parameters has been elaborated
